The Boru3Peaks Perpetual Trophies
Over the past 5 years the Fagan Family have always kindly sponsored the Elaine Fagan Perpetual Trophies in loving memory of their special daughter Elaine who died on Valentine’s day, the 14th of Feb 2011. It was at Elaine Fagan’s Funeral that I, Orla Foley, was inspired to create an event in her honour as so much love and kindness emanated from Elaine and in her name her family and friends raised considerable monies for the Daughter of Charity in Lisnagry Special Needs and Services.
When you climb to the top of Keeper Hill you will see a little reminder of this angel.

In 2017 we received the sad news that Michael 'Curley' Cunningham past away. Michael played a huge role in the preparations for the first Boru3Peaks by helping us set out the routes and being a source of information in general. He won the Elaine Fagan Perpetual Trophy in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
We would like to honour his memory and after discussion with both the Fagan and Cunningham families we decided that from 2017 on the King of the Peaks will receive the Perpetual Mike 'Curley' Cunningham Memorial Cup.
The Queen of the Peaks will continue to receive the Elaine Fagan Perpetual Trophy.
